Return & Refund
This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are handled for services and products purchased from Anchor Integrated Solutions / Anchor Group. Our offerings include IT hardware/software solutions, IFM services, medical surgical solutions, construction, and property consultancy.
A) Services (Consulting, IFM, Construction, Marketing, Property, Implementation Work)
Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, including discovery, planning, procurement activity, scheduling, engineering mobilization, or any deliverable production.
If you cancel before work starts, and you have paid in advance, we will refund the prepaid amount minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., third-party booking fees, licensing costs).
If a subscription or retainer is billed monthly, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B) Software / Subscriptions (Including HR Systems)
If you purchase a subscription, setup, or onboarding package:
Setup/onboarding fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once access is provided, unless required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.
C) Physical Products (Hardware / Equipment)
If Anchor supplies physical products (e.g., IT hardware), the following applies unless your invoice/contract states otherwise:
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 calendar days from delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging;
With all accessories, manuals, serial tags, and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized/special-order items;
Software licenses/activation codes once delivered or activated;
Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance.
Shipping & Handling:
Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
D) Medical Surgical Items (Regulated / Sterile Items)
For safety and regulatory reasons, sterile or single-use medical surgical items (and any items with tamper-evident seals) are typically not returnable once opened, used, or unsealed. For defective or incorrectly supplied items, we will coordinate an appropriate remedy in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements. Anchor Integrated Solutions
E) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
Order/invoice number
Photos/video evidence
Description of the issue
We will assess and, where applicable, arrange repair, replacement, or refund (or manufacturer warranty claim facilitation).

G) Refund Processing
