2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
3. Scope: Website Use vs. Client Contracts
These Terms govern:
Your use of the Website and its content; and
High-level commercial principles for inquiries, proposals, and engagements.
If you sign a separate agreement (e.g., Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Quotation/Proposal, Purchase Order, Subscription Terms), that agreement will prevail in case of conflict.
4. Services and Deliverables
Anchor provides services that may include (depending on engagement):
HR management software and HR process support (e.g., payroll, recruitment, performance) Anchor Integrated Solutions
IT solutions (hardware such as network infrastructure, surveillance/access systems, IP telephony/communication, structured cabling; and software such as mobile/web development, UI/UX, data & analytics, IT services, consulting) Anchor Integrated Solutions
IFM services (technical solutions, soft services, business support services) Anchor Integrated Solutions
Medical surgical solutions via partner products/technology Anchor Integrated Solutions
Construction services (pre-construction, construction management, general contracting, client care) Anchor Integrated Solutions
Property consultancy (sales, leasing, market insights) Anchor Integrated Solutions
Specific deliverables, timelines, service levels, acceptance criteria, and scope boundaries must be defined in writing (proposal/SOW/contract).
5. Quotes, Proposals, and Onboarding
Any quote or proposal is valid only for the period stated within it (or, if not stated, 14 days from issuance).
Engagement starts only when confirmed in writing (signature, email confirmation, or purchase order) and any required advance payment is received.
6. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Invoices are payable within 7 days of invoice date.
Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late charges to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Client is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and bank charges.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide timely access to required information, stakeholders, premises (where applicable), and approvals;
Ensure accuracy of data you provide; and
Use deliverables, systems, and recommendations in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. HR / Software Access (Accounts & Security)
Where Anchor provides HR software or systems:
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and restricting access to authorized users only.
You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
We may suspend accounts to protect platform security or comply with law.
9. Hardware / Products (If Applicable)
If you purchase physical products or hardware from Anchor (e.g., IT infrastructure components or other equipment):
Product availability may change without notice.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
Title and risk transfer terms will be as stated on the invoice/contract (or, if not stated, risk transfers upon delivery to your nominated address).
10. Medical Surgical Products (Special Note)
If an engagement involves medical devices/instruments:
Use must follow manufacturer instructions, applicable clinical standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Certain sterile/single-use or regulated items may not be returnable (see Return & Refund Policy). Anchor Integrated Solutions
11. Intellectual Property (IP)
Website content (text, graphics, logos, layouts) is owned by or licensed to Anchor and protected by applicable IP laws.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.
Re-sale, sublicensing, or redistribution is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.
12. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information. Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only for the purpose of performing the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
13. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices.
14. Disclaimers
The Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that Website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Services outcomes depend on multiple variables outside our control (e.g., client data quality, third-party vendors, site conditions).
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.
If liability is established, Anchor’s aggregate liability will be limited to the fees paid to Anchor for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event, unless otherwise stated in a signed contract.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., outages, governmental actions, supply disruptions, acts of God).
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or services if:
You materially breach these Terms or applicable contracts;
Continued service poses security/legal risk; or
Required payments are overdue.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless a signed contract states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance.
